Forms need to be updated with the proper dates and years

We are now uploading all of the documents to be used electronically and will be sure to update all the organizations once that has been completed.  Thanks for the input!

Please require all organizations that mail out mass emails to define their acronym in the subject line to aid all students with our overflowing inboxes.
There are too many organizations that spam out (and I'm not complaining, because I do want to know and email is the best way without telling who they are. You open the email before deleting it to make sure it's not something important to you, and see the same acronym repeated 5 times, but never written out. A oft heard complaint in campus computer labs is that no one can keep track of the acronyms of even the organizations that they DO belong to, because they all start with S or G and have an E or an M somewhere too. One organizer made the presumptuous statement that if you don't know what it stands for then it obviously doesn't pertain to you, but that is especially not true for new students.
thanks

Thank you for your input!  With the implementation of our new Orgsync system, we are hopefully able to rid ourselves of a lot of that kind of confusion.  When an organization sends out an update via orgsync, the club name will be clearly listed.  Unfortunately, in regards to the campus-wide mailing lists we have no control over that system.  However, we will be sure to let organizations know that in our upcoming BSO meeting.
